India is currently poised at number two in elevator installed worldwide and is expected to leapfrog china within a decade and is going to stay there for the foreseeable future .

UTC began it's journey in 2016 based out of Delhi to cater to north India Market and has been compoundingly growing every year by 30% . 
Now we can proudly state we are the Market LEADER'S and We have exclusive  tie ups with various international brands like FERMATOR, SHARP , TORIN , MONTANARI and MARRAZI .
In the preceding FY of 23-24 total elevators installed in the country stood at 80,000 and UTC catered to 8% off them . 

With customer centric approach at the heart of our companies Operations agenda we are hoping to be doubling the numbers every year on year for next two decades atleast.
With founder's having 10 years of experience in this industry we can confidently say elevator industry is the new big thing in infrastructures sector.
